brakes

Your brakes are the most important safety feature on your vehicle and regular maintenance is essential to ensure safety. The rate at which brake pads and rotors wear down depends on your driving style. Driving in town with lots of stop-start will see faster wear than driving primarily on highways, and the heavier your vehicle, the more braking power it needs to stop.

Brake Rotors (or disc brakes) are rotating discs that slow or stop the vehicle when brake pads make contact. Signs of wear include squealing noises, low pedal height or vibration, longer stopping distances, or maybe your vehicle pulls to one side when braking. It's a good idea to have your brakes inspected every 20,000 km or about once a year, whether or not you see any of the above signs of wear. Our professionals will take the utmost care in inspecting and servicing the braking mechanism, helping you stay safe on the road.
