Downtown Automotive Group and Streetcar Developments have partnered to create a unique residential & automotive retail complex boasting approximately 800 residential suites, 6 dealerships, restaurants, and retail space. We call it Riverside Square.
This project, which broke ground in late 2015, is a one-of-a-kind project and is expected to be completed in 2020. It will house Nissan Downtown along with five of our sister DAG locations Infiniti Downtown, Downtown Ford, Downtown Lincoln, Downtown Hyundai and Downtown Toyota.
